Deelary account and data deletion

In the app — takes a few seconds

1. Open Deelary
2. Go to More → Settings
3. In the Account section tap Delete Account
4. Confirm

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in record (email, name, account identifier)
• Your cloud backup — vehicles, expenses, sales, appointments, contacts, business details and all photos and receipt images stored in it

This is immediate and cannot be undone. Export a backup or CSV files first if you want to keep your records.

What stays until you remove the app

Data saved on your own device remains there until you delete the Deelary app from your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app removes it.

What we keep afterwards

Aggregated, non-identifying usage and crash statistics may remain for up to 14 months. Purchase records held by Apple are subject to Apple’s own policies and accounting-retention obligations.

No longer have the app installed?

Write to privacy@deelary.com from the email address on your account (or naming the sign-in method you used) and ask us to delete it. We complete such requests within 30 days and will confirm by email.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel separately: iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Deelary → Cancel.
