1. Who we are

Deelary is provided by Dokao, MB, company code 305621626, VAT code LT100014003710, Kalvarijų g. 125, LT-08221 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: support@deelary.com.

By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Deelary is — and is not

Deelary is a record-keeping and management tool for vehicle traders. It calculates results from the amounts you enter.

Deelary is not accounting software, tax software or legal advice. It does not calculate VAT, customs duties or margin schemes, does not file returns, and does not replace your accountant. Figures shown in the app are for your own management use.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method (Apple ID, Google account or email and password) and for the accuracy of what you enter. One account is intended for one business.

You may delete your account at any time in the app: More → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

4. Free plan and Deelary Pro

The free plan allows up to 2 active vehicles. Deelary Pro removes the limit and unlocks all features.

• Monthly subscription: €9.99 per month
• Annual subscription: €59.99 per year
• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial (once per Apple ID)

Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may differ by country due to taxes and Apple’s pricing tiers.

5. Subscription terms

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID, not by us directly.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel at any time: iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Write to us at support@deelary.com and we will help where we can, but we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

If a subscription ends, your data is not deleted. Vehicles above the free limit become read-only until you subscribe again or reduce their number.

6. Your data and backups

Your business data is stored on your device and backed up to your account (see the Privacy Policy). We make reasonable efforts to keep backups available, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies. The app lets you export CSV files and a full backup file at any time — we recommend doing so periodically.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to store other people’s personal data without a legal basis, to attempt to access other users’ data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does so.

8. Availability and changes

We may update the app, add or change features and adjust prices for future billing periods. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance in the app or by email. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and some features depend on third-party services such as Apple and Google.

9. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or business decisions you make based on figures in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate these terms if you materially breach them, giving notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of the country in which they live, and may bring claims in their local courts.
